  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your requests, to best serve you and your clients onwards from here, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: We keep these informations confidential and internally. As declared below, we do not sell the information we collect from you.

Customer support information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: only what you provide us during your correspondences with customer support.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

    • We use Shopify to power our public website and online store at https://cannacea.life (of which this clinic.cannacea.life site is a related subdomain, but is not under our public site’s Shopify system). You may opt to visit our public website or to purchase products or services from our online store. That website has its own Privacy Policy clearly linked from the site.
  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural Analytics

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with the optimum online service. For example:

  • Once Facebook decides to allow legal Hemp commerce to advertise on its family of social media platforms, we may use analytics by Facebook such as Facebook Pixel,which is Facebook’s cookie that collects and shares customers’ browsing behavior on our site, to help us understand how our customers use the site and how any Facebook family of advertising we utilize performs. We endeavor to utilize the most conservative data collection preference Facebook offers to minimize the collection of customers’ Personal Information.
